Helped the Tigers to their first team winunder Goethals at the Rice Intercollegiate.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 19pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong>Summer 2008:</strong><br> Lakdawala had a busy summer soon after the 2008 academic yearended, he began with a 73-79 at the Lodi Amateur at LockefordSprings in early May and posted a 78 at the US Open Qualifier atDel Rio Country Club in May. He then shot back to back rounds of 77at the Memorial Amateur on May 24-25, hosted at Sacramento's AncilHoffman. Lakdawala then took part in the US Public Links Qualiferon June 28-29. He carded rounds of 74-73 at Haggin Oaks inSacramento.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 19pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong>2007-08:</strong><br>REDSHIRTED</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 19pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong>Summer 2007:</strong><br>Lakdawala returned to his home country of United Arab Emirates thispast summer, playing in six tournaments during his three monthbreak from school. He finished 11th at the Dubai CreekChampionship, sixth at the Emirates Golf Club Open and second atthe Arabian Ranches Open. He missed the cut at the Northern IndianAmateur but came back to finish fifth at the Dubai Creek Open andthird at the Dubai Creek Medal.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 19pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong>2006-07 (Freshman):</strong><br> Lakdawala played in four tournaments during his first springseason as a Tiger, opening with a 221 at the UH HiloIntercollegiate in February. Bayhaan was back in the lineup a monthlater, playing in the Fresno Lexus Classic and the WesternIntercollegiate; finishing tied for 68th at both tournaments. Hisbest tournament of his young college career came when in matteredthe most, at the Big West Championship in April. Lakdawala shot afinal round 70 to propel the Tigers to a third place conferencefinish. His two-under par score enroute to a combined 225 gave hima 25th place finish.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 19pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong>High School:</strong><br> Bayhaan attended Bradenton Academy in Florida where he was the2004 State runner-up and won the Coaches Choice award in 2004-05.He was a member of the UAE National team from 2000 to 2004 and wonthe UAE Golf Association Gold Award in 2002. Lakdawala won the"Best Etiquette" award in 2001 and 2002 as well as the "LowestPutting Average" award in 2001. He was UAE's Junior Order of Meritrunner-up in 2002.
